Nelson and François are engineers who've spent their careers at the intersection of technology and operations. Nelson, who studied Management of Technology and Entrepreneurship at EPFL, went on to architect automation systems for Founderful, Switzerland's leading pre-seed fund. François, who built an autonomous drone during his robotics studies at ETHZ, later applied his systems thinking to solve complex operational challenges for world-leading companies at McKinsey & Company.

One day, while discussing their daily work on the train between Zurich and Sion, they realized they were looking at similar problems from different angles. Startups struggling with HubSpot, Notion, and Google Sheets face the same issues as global corporations with Salesforce, SAP, and Excel: repetitive tasks, overcomplicated processes, and scattered data. With AI reshaping business software, they agreed that companies need help transforming their operations to lay robust foundations for tomorrow.

So they decided to combine their expertise. Nelson brings experience in architecting and creating automations from scratch. François brings cross-industry operational experience and the know-how to structure and deliver successful transformations.

Today they help growing businesses redesign processes, build automations, and develop custom internal software. Their approach combines Swiss engineering values with business thinking to deliver scalable systems that unlock value.
